THE FOUNDER

Ajit Kale

Trikman began informally in 2000 and launched formally in 2010, founded and mentored by Ajit Kale (b. 17 April 1961). Ajit started his career in 1977 at Tata Motors as a full-time trade apprentice — Tool and Die Maker — and spent 10 years there, through 1987, mastering tool making, conventional machining, and surface and heat treatment for tooling used on chassis long members, axle beams, door panels, and brake components.

Over 30+ years in metal forming and fabrication followed: product and process engineering, tool/fixture/gauge design, manufacturing proving, troubleshooting, maintenance, product launch support, and building out production facilities — heavy press shops and welding lines.

Trikman's product designs and sole distribution rights were formally transferred to Carbon Groundz, which now holds and continues the brand. The vertical is currently on hold, pending the right time to restart it properly.
